All digital product sales — including eBooks, guides, and templates — are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer any refund, exchange, or credit. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
We are committed to providing quality credit repair services and ensuring client satisfaction.
Refunds are available only if requested within 5 calendar days of the service start date.
The “service start date” is the date we send your first round of dispute letters or initiate account work.
After 5 days, all payments are non-refundable as work has already been performed and costs have been incurred.
Email us at info@thewealthassociation.com with your full name, order number (or service agreement ID), and reason for the refund request.
If your request meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
